Nestled in the eastern tip of St. Thomas, this tropical home tantalizes the senses with a spectacular palette of green majestic islands marinating in cool blue oceans. Cradled in the natural embrace of gently sloping hillsides, gentle trade winds and whispering surf caress and soothe you. The 180 degree view visible from every room is a colorful canvas filled with dramatic images of fiery red sunrises and golden full-moon nights.
Overlooking Pillsbury Sound, St. John, the British Virgin Islands and many more uninhabited islands and cays , this property is only minutes away from pristine beaches, savory island cuisine, exhilarating marine adventure, challenging golf links and shopping bonanzas!
Every design element of Villa Ocean Kaleidoscope was chosen for the the comfort, privacy, and independence of it's guests. Couples will enjoy the romantic seclusion and natural setting of the garden cottage. The sweet melody of native birds serenade diners on the quaint covered terrace. Grill your catch of the day in a beautiful
landscaped courtyard. The open property layout and spaciousness of each unit is ideal for vacationing families or groups of friends. Business travelers can work in undisturbed, air-conditioned tranquility. Let us help you customize your travel accommodations.
A spacious 270 square foot covered deck with 4 - 6 person spa is currently being developed. This deck will also have a lounge area so guests can enjoy meals with a million dollar view and a sun deck for tanning. Completion expected for 2003 - 2004 Winter Season. Date to be announced.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: Guests can pre-arrange an exclusive airport pick-up, which includes up to the minute flight monitoring, being met at the gate with a customized sign, and direct transport to the villa. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
GROCERY SERVICES: Guests can arrange to have the villa pre-stocked with groceries of their choice. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
MAID SERVICE: The rental property is cleaned prior to arrival. Maid service is provided (1) time at mid-week for every 7 day reservation period. Requests for additional maid service should be made in writing prior to arrival. Additional maid service and general cleaning fees vary. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
LAUNDRY SERVICES: Directions to off-site laundry facilities will be made available to guests upon request. Fee based drop-off and pick-up laundry services can be arranged during the rental period.
STANDARD PROPERTY AMENITIES: Unless otherwise noted on the amenities page, Ocean Kaleidoscope Villa is fully equipped with linens, bath & beach towels, dishes, flatware, paper & kitchen towels, dish liquid, basic pots and pans, kitchen utensils, bath tissue, telephone, TV, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning. Please inquire at the time of reservation about any amenities or any potential hazards which are important to you.
HOUSE RULES: A printed list of house reminders is posted on the premises, which includes energy conservation, safety, and cleanliness “do’s and don’ts”, and emergency telephone numbers and directions.
RESTRICTIONS ON OCCUPANCY: Ocean Kaleidoscope Villa is rented for the occupancy and use of the number of persons as specified on the “Res/ Con” Agreement and as paid for. Occupancy is limited to no more than two (2) persons (excluding infants and toddlers age 3 and under sleeping in a crib or playpen) per bedroom. Misrepresentation of guests or evidence of extra occupants will result in extra charges (to be paid immediately), or in rental termination and immediate eviction without refund.
RESTRICTIONS ON PROPERTY USE: NO PETS (or evidence of pets) of any kind are allowed in, around or on the premises without prior written permission from Ocean Kaleidoscope Villa. NO SMOKING. Smoking (or evidence of smoking) is not allowed inside the premises and is discouraged on the property grounds. Occupants assume full liability for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests through the possession and/ or use of smoking paraphernalia. NO DRUGS OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Occupants and invited guests cannot use or permit to be brought on, around or in the property any illegal substances, combustible materials, explosives, components used in the production of bio-hazards or explosives, or any articles which can be hazardous to life, limb or property. NO LOUD OR DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITIES. House parties, weddings, or receptions are not permitted without advance written permission from Ocean Kaleidoscope Villa. This property is not prepared to handle additional guests and does not have parking facilities to accommodate extra vehicles. Guests are expected to be reasonably quiet and peaceful, and should not behave as to disturb other residents of the neighborhood. OTHERS. Guests are prohibited from removing any items from the property, rearranging furniture, or altering the original property décor in any way. Violating any of these restrictions will result in immediate rental termination, eviction, and forfeiture of the entire rent and deposit.

Residence or Investments in the Caribbean
You will need a passport and visas to reside in or to conduct or start a business in the Caribbean. Although some Caribbean countries welcome retirees or others of independent means as long-term residents, requests for work permits are rarely granted. Before you travel, apply to the country's embassy or consulate in the United States to obtain a visa if you wish to reside, go into business, or work in the country.
U.S. citizens who wish to invest in the Caribbean, such as in real estate or a business, should first thoroughly investigate the company making the offer and, in addition, learn about the investment climate in the country. A good resource is the Trade Information Center of the U.S. Department of Commerce, telephone 1-800-USA-TRADE. The Center can tell you how to access the National Trade Data Bank. Among the things you can learn are how to find out if the company is registered with local authorities and how to get in touch with local trade associations. Before signing a contract for a timeshare or other real estate, you may wish to consult with a lawyer. You will need to check whether the contract contains the same safeguards as do similar contracts in the U.S., such as the retention of timeshare rights if the property is sold. You should also determine whether the builder or seller has a clear title.
