Tucked away on a hillside overlooking Coral Bay, this three bedroom home has spectacular views of the aqua blue water of the Caribbean. The tranquil setting of this private lot, adorned with tropical foliage, and the home's island accents throughout, makes "Happy Our" a welcome retreat from the hectic pace of daily life.

After nearly ten years of St. John vacations, we took the plunge and purchased "our" Caribbean dream home. The Lemoines and Peters, known to enjoy a margarita or two after a day at the beach, decided on a most appropriate moniker, "HAPPY OUR". We hope you'll experience "OUR" own private paradise on St. John.
Main Level
Spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, complete entertainment system (including cable TV, VCR, stereo CD) with an assortment of books, games, videos and CD's for your enjoyment, wet bar, a queen size sleep sofa.
The Loft
Overlooking the great room, the fully enclosed, colorful loft bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, and a unique "crow's nest" window view of the Caribbean.
Cottage Suite
Just a few steps from the Great Room of the Main House, enter the privacy of a Master Bedroom Cottage Suite with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV,VCR, Stereo, sitting and dining area, its own fully-equipped galley kitchen, full bath, and private deck with picture-perfect view. This can be the third bedroom when renting the full house or can be a one-bedroom separate rental.
Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Full bath. Dine inside or outside on the covered deck while you view the open Caribbean and the boats in Coral Bay.
Lower Level
Wake to the gentle breezes and a panoramic view of the crystal Caribbean in the Master Suite. Amenities include a queen size bed, large private deck, ceiling fan, and full bath.
The Pool
The inviting dip pool is the perfect spot to relax and sun yourself or perhaps you'll want to retreat beneath the shaded cover of the pool deck after an afternoon on one of the many glorious beaches. Pool rights are shared with one neighboring home.

Spend your days swimming, sunning or snorkeling at one of St. John's world famous National Park white sand beaches or relax by the pool with its shaded deck. Within minutes of some of the most beautiful beaches on St. John, "Happy Our" is only 2 minutes from the village of Coral Bay and just a 20 minute drive to the town and ferry at Cruz Bay.
St. John offers a remarkable variety of fun island adventures including beaches, hiking, sailing, diving, shopping, world-class dining and the Virgin Islands National Park. No airports, no fast food, no traffic lights, just natural beauty and plenty of sunshine and relaxation on this laid back U.S. island in the Caribbean.

Caribbean Travel Tip
Ocean Undercurrents
If you get sucked out into the ocean by an undercurrent follow these instructions:
Do not panic, save all your strength.
Act immediately. Swim parallel to the shoreline. Even if you cannot, keep trying until you can.
What you are doing is swimming out of the undertow and into the current that will more than likely push you back to shore. Remember, in saltwater you float so you can stay alive for any number of days. Unless you are on a secluded beach a boat will reach you in time to rescue you should you fail to not be able to swim out of the undertow.
