Welcome to Villa Colorado, a new luxury villa on St. John. This 4-bedroom, 4½ bath vacation rental home with 32' lap pool overlooks the turquoise waters of Great Cruz Bay with a panoramic ocean view of Pillsbury Sound and St Thomas and the brilliant Caribbean sunsets.
Villa Colorado is located in Great Cruz Bay, a quiet secluded neighborhood of elegant vacation homes just a mile from the town of Cruz Bay. The Westin resort is located in the head of the bay, a gourmet deli/market is close by and the world renowned North Shore beaches are just 3 miles away. Great Cruz Bay beach is a short walk.
The spacious Great Room open to ocean breezes features native stonework, skylights and a two-story exposed beam ceiling. It is furnished with hand-crafted giant bamboo sofas and chairs. A custom-made coral and wood dining table seats 10 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen with raised bartop is fully equipped for entertaining. A powder room and full sized laundry are also accessed from the Great Room. The Great Room extends to a porch surrounded by arches and open on three sides.
Four identical master bedrooms with separate dressing areas and bathrooms face the ocean. All the bedrooms have king size beds and private ocean-front decks. The baths also have ocean views. The property is lushly landscaped with an abundant variety of tropical flowers and fruit trees and large palms.
