Serendip Vacation Condos are located on a hill above the town of Cruz Bay, conveniently close to duty free shopping, beaches, National Park hiking trails and restaurants - yet far enough away to allow you to enjoy the island beauty that defines St. John.

Serendip Vacation Condos provide informal island living
while having all the conveniences of modern life. Each unit is individually decorated, fully furnished. Each unit has a phone and cable TV. We have a wonderful common patio area with barbecue grills for your use. One-bedroom units have air conditioning in the bedroom, and contain studio couches which convert to comfortable twin beds in the living room; this area can be partitioned off for further privacy.
Your veranda provides a wonderfully relaxing space
Serendip's studio units offer most the amenities of the one bedroom condos, including central air conditioning a fully equipped kitchen and veranda.

Serendip is a short trip to town, restaurants, duty-free shopping, nightlife, boat trips, the ferry dock, taxi services, and St.John's beautiful Virgin Island National Park beaches and hiking trails.
Our central location allows for easy access to boat excursions and sailing adventures. Scuba and snorkeling equipment, windsurfers, kayaks, and Zodiacs are available to rent on island.
