Chez Pierre is a small "sea and sun" beach resort located in Long Island, a beautiful 80-miles-long out-island of the Bahamas. Because this island does not have a dense population and is not invaded by mass tourism, visitors get a chance to relax and live at their own pace. Nature is unspoiled and the weather is always perfect.
Beach cottages:
Single bedroom, private bathroom with shower, large ocean-front screened porched.
Each cottage has a pedestal fan and comfortable chairs!

The oceanfront restaurant offers a mix of French, Italian and Caribbean cuisine. We put emphasize on fresh island-grown fruits and vegetables, and fish from local waters. But you can also enjoy here a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from light cuisine to gourmet dinner. A daily "Table d'Hôte" is suggested to our guests and professionally Pierre Fortier, for 15 years Chef-owner of his own Italian restaurant in Montreal, Quebec. Pierre and Anne are now committed in offering quality food and wine at great price.
