SlipAway is a short golf cart ride (about three miles) away from ever-popular Hope Town. In Hope Town you'll find locally owned gift shops selling everything from Cuban cigars to Bahamian music and clothing. At the busy harbourside restaurants and bars you'll find locals and tourists alike enjoying the views and Bahamian home style cooking. Hope Town is also home to the famous red & white candy striped Lighthouse - the only one of its kind left in the world!
