Nestled in sheltered water at the south end of Hope Town harbour, you can choose between two quality homes. Located in a peaceful, secluded area, both fully equipped cozy cottages have private docks and are accessible only by water.

Choose among two charming cottages at the south end of Hope Town Harbour, and one brand new cottage on Lubbers Quarters Cay. If you choose, several packages are available to fish with the legendary native born Abaco guide, Robert Lowe.
GULLY'S NEST - Elbow Cay
Brand new 2 bedroom (queen/twins) / 2 bath cottage can accommodate up to 5 persons. Amenities include:
-Private dock
-Central A/C
-Full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and blender
-Freshwater pool / Charcoal Grill
-VHF, CD/Cassette Tape Stereo
-VHS with a small selection of movies provided
-Community satellite TV until cable is available
-Screened porch
-13' Boston Whaler for harbour use
OMEGA - Elbow Cay
1 bedroom (queen) / half bath with enclosed outside shower, can accommodate up to 3 persons. Amenities include:
-Private dock
-Large deck with charcoal grill
-Full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and blender
-A/C
-VHF, CD/Cassette Tape Stereo
-Small skiff provided December-April for harbour use; rental or private boat necessary other times
SOUTHERN BREEZE - Lubbers Quarters Cay
Relax in a charming setting where you will enjoy a short walk to a beautiful beach and or a restaurant on less populated, peaceful Lubbers Quarters. The cottage is a short 15 minute boat ride to historical Hope Town or Marsh Harbour and the airport. It is necessary to rent a boat if you do not own one as there is no ferry service to Lubbers at this time -- you will enjoy using it for jaunts to neighboring islands for sightseeing, restaurants, shops, fishing, snorkeling and more!
This newly completed 2 bedroom (kings) / 2 bath cottage with a loft (queen) can accommodate up to 6 persons. Amenities include:
-Boat slip
-Front porch with ceiling fan
-Rear Deck with Charcoal Grill
-Full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and blender
-Central A/C
-VHF, Cassette/CD Stereo
-Combo TV/VCR unit with small selection of movies provided
Nearby Attractions:
Trip includes all bait, tackle, fish cleaning service, etc. - bring your own food and drink! The vessel is a 31' Stapleton and we can carry up to 6 passenger. We normally fish with 6 lines out and the equipment is custom made rods and Shimano T50W reels. Our specialty is trolling for tuna, dolphin, wahoo, bill fish (which are released), but we also go reef fishing.
We hand craft our own lures because we have found them to be more successful than any store bought version. We also catch and freeze our own bait because they hold up better than the prepacked bait available. If an abundance of edible fish is caught, the charter is allowed to keep up to 20 lbs. of fillet and the rest stays with the boat.
Robert took his first charter when he was 7 years old and he has fished these waters for well over 30 years. Robert has been labeled "a charmed one of the sea" and is commonly referred to as "The Best Fisherman" in the Abacos. If there are fish out there to be caught, he is the one to do it. Repeat customers can confirm this fact!

Bringing Your Own Boat or Plane
If you plan to arrive in the Caribbean in your own boat or plane, contact the embassy, consulate, or tourist office of each country you plan to visit to learn what is required for entry and exit. Besides title of ownership, most ports of entry will require proof of insurance coverage for the country you are entering. Some countries require a temporary import permit for your boat or plane.
Authorities in the Caribbean are familiar with U.S. regulations for documentation of air and sea craft. They will detain improperly documented craft that enter their territory. In some countries, authorities will confiscate firearms found on a boat or plane unless the owner or master can show proof that U.S. licensing and export procedures have been followed. In addition, some countries impose stiff prison terms for the importation of illegal firearms.
