Brisa Caribe is a luxurious yet casual oceanfront villa offering all of the extras. Arches, domes, red brick, talavera, wrought iron, marble, plaster, and Mexican tile have all been incorporated into the stunning design that was completed in October 2001. Furnished and decorated with local handcrafted furniture and the owners’ collection of treasures gathered from various corners of the world, it is unique and eclectic.
You don’t have a group of 14 or require 7 bedrooms? We can close off one or two of the bedrooms and lower the rental rate for you.
Do you have a large group and need even more room? Don’t worry, we have access to five other villas so you can all enjoy the comforts of a private villa. Or if you are a smaller group not requiring a villa as large as Brisa Caribe, one of these other villas might be perfect for you.
Whether you are coming for diving, a special event or just a relaxing vacation, we are well equipped to serve you. From simply pro
viding information on what the area has to offer, to leading you through a week’s diving activities, to planning an entire wedding. Our local knowledge, involvement in the diving community, and the availability of an experienced wedding planner/special events’ coordinator, all work towards ensuring that your visit is memorable and hassle free.
Even if you do not have a special group or feel you require such a large villa, we encourage you to take a moment to look at the 'detail description' and 'amenities' to compare us against the rest. Numerous others advertise as luxury villas but have quietly neglected some of the essentials you would associate with a luxury home. In some cases even something as basic as air conditioning throughout the entire villa is lacking. At Brisa Caribe, we think you will not only find everything one would expect, but also the numerous little extras, which add up to so much more.

• Within gated resort community with private security
• Walking distance to 3 scuba diving shops, shore diving, AquaWorld ferry to Cozumel, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, numerous boutiques, church, pharmacy, post office, 2 internet cafes, 12 restaurants, 4 bars, 3 convenience stores, bank machine, 2 money exchangers, travel agency, 2 tour operators, car rental agency, taxis, gym, spa, deep sea fishing charters, Dolphin Discovery where you can swim with dolphins, kayak rentals, bicycle rentals
• 5000 square foot villa constructed in late 2001
• Fully air conditioned (not just the bedrooms like many other villas)

• Maid service similar to a hotel provided Monday - Saturday
• Gardener/pool/maintenance man 6 days per week
• English speaking administrator available for check in and to assist with any problems
• Covered terraces on ground floor, second floor and rooftop
• Pressurized water system to ensure showers and toilets work as you would expect them to
•Commercial grade hot water system to ensure you don’t run out. (we have tested it, 7 showers running at once, all with hot water and good pressure)
• Water softening system
• Bottled water provided for drinking
• Cellular telephone and fax
• 5 bicycles for guest use
Bedrooms: total 7
• 3 bedrooms face ocean side, 4 bedrooms face garden/courtyard side
• 4 with King size beds
• 2 with Twin size beds which can be made up as Kings
• 1 with Queen size bed
• High quality mattresses (not just uncomfortable hotel grade)
• Crib available on request
• Quality linens which are changed mid week
• Portable CD/cassette stereos and alarm clocks in every bedroom (bring your own music)
• Security safe in every bedroom
• Each bedroom has attached bathroom

• All bathrooms have showers, master bathroom has shower, Jacuzzi tub and bidet
• Thick quality towels which are changed mid week
• Comfy bathrobes
