- ALFRED'S OCEAN PALACE - One of the older establishments in Negril, Alfred's Ocean Palace is a popular hang out spot during the day and night and is frequented by both locals and foreigners. Alfredo's restaurant and bar is open every day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also offers live entertainment on Tuesday , Friday and Sunday nights. (Friday is the most happening night)
- ROOTS BAMBOO BEACH - A rustic hang out spot that is another one of the venerable establishments in Negril featuring live entertainment on Wednesday nights
- DE BUSS - Located on Negril's 7 Mile Beach. It is a bar, restaurant and general hang out spot that offers live entertainment on various nights of the week. De buss is known for its jerk chicken and pork and offers a true Jamaican party experience.

- MARGUERITAVILLE CARIBBEAN BAR & GRILL - Phone: 876 957 4467 Margueritaville is another hot spot which offers live entertainment, competitions, giveaways and more. An extensive drink list is offered from a state-of-the-art bar using quality local and imported ingredients. The restaurant offers an international menu and large portions. In addition to a gift shop and a chock full of beach activities, the establishment offers a free shuttle service.
- HEDONISM II - Hedonism II is an internationally known resort and is a part of the Super Clubs chain of hotels. The name says it all, this place is wild and certainly not for the inhibited. This is an all inclusive resort but day and night passes can be purchased. Day Pass is US$65.00 (10:00AM-6:PM), a Night Pass is US$75.00 (6:30PM-3:OOAM) 18 & OVER ONLY. BRING A PICTURE I.D.

Negril Lighthouse
Although a few miles away from the 24 hr bustle of the Negril Strip, The Caves is within walking distance to some of the area's most famous landmarks. The resort is nestled in the natural vegetation next to the preserved Negril lighthouse. Dating back to the 1890's, visitors can expore the lighthouse area and its surroundings.
RIVER HIKE - WATERFALLS
Mayfield Falls- A 75 minute drive from the hotel. Mayfield falls is located deep in the mountains of Westmoreland and Hanover. This trip should take most of the day and includes a 90 minute up river trek where you will experience waterfalls, natural pools and rustic country scenery. A bar and restaurant serve tasty jamaican dishes and beverages. Experienced tour guides are provided.
Y.S. Falls- A 2-hour drive from Negril. Y.S. Falls is situated in the parish of St. Elizabeth. Open 9:30am-3:30pm daily except on Mondays and all National Public Holidays.
BIKING
Rusty's Excellent Adventures Bicycle Tours offers a number of different rides including: Virgin trails, Wicked Cross Country , Crazy Downhill, Jungle Single Track, Ride Down Waterfalls, Stoopid Cliff Jumps, Rasta Recreation and countless other adventures. The Caves will gladly arrange tours through the front office. Prices vary.
HORSEBACK RIDING
Rhodes Hall Plantation - Situated in the parish of Hanover, Rhodes Hall Plantation is a 30 min. drive from the hotel and provides horseback riding tours.
STAGE 1- Beach, Bird & Crocodile watching by the lake
STAGE 2- Bamboo Grove, Beach, Bird & Crocodile watching by the lake
STAGE 3- Mountain, Bamboo Grove, Beach, Bird & Crocodile watching by the lake
Paradise Park - A 45-minute drive from the Hotel. Paradise Park is a beautiful farm that is spread out over a large area and has a number of rivers, a beach and sprawling fields. A maximum of 10 people per group and reservations are required one day in advance.
SKYDIVING
Skydive Caribbean - Offers a number of different skydiving packages. Skydives for certified jumpers aff, dual jumpmaster, jump aff single, jumpmaster level.
Note: Jumpers must be at least 16 years old. No alcohol consumption is allowed prior to jumping. There is also a weight limit of 230 lbs.
WILDLIFE
Cashoo Ostrich Park - Located in Lacovia, St. Elizabeth. 2 Hours from Negril. A large farm where ostriches that are imported into the island are bred and raised. There is a herb farm on the property as well orange groves and fruit trees and a number of other farm animals. A restaurant and bar are conveniently located on the property and serve tasty Jamaican fare.
