Nestled into a lush, green hill overlooking the golf course, beach and Caribbean Sea, this 4 bedroom luxury villa at the 2200 acre Tryall Club is 12 miles west of Montego Bay on Jamaica's exclusive north Coast.

The house is designed for complete privacy and ease. The grounds are graced by bright bougainvillea, hibiscus, ixoras and palm trees. Entry is through a lush, tropical atrium into a high ceilinged living room with wet bar. Sip your morning coffee on the 120 ft. verandah-type porch and watch the golfers tee off from the first hole and the resident green parrots awaken and fly away for the day. The attentive staff consists of cook, maid, laundress and gardener, all anxious to make your stay as memorable and pampered as possible. The food at the villa is gourmet and the house was once mentioned in Food and Wine magazine. Candlelight dining may be indoors or outdoors to take advantage of the stars and breeze. There are 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and opening separately to the outdoors. Every bedroom is provided with satellite cable television, overhead fans and air conditioning. One master bedroom is in a separate gazebo structure opposite the pool. Two have king beds and the others, twin, which may be converted to kings. Two bedrooms have a connecting door, ideal if there are small children. In the living room are stereo, VCR, CD and tape deck. When not taking advantage of the many opportunities afforded by Tryall or on a day trip to nearby Negril, Montego Bay or Ochos Rios, relax by the pool and enjoy the blue skies and green surrounding hills. A house telephone is available for overseas calls to be placed for you by the switchboard operators. Special amenities include complimentary reliable 8 hr/day baby sitter and complimentary golf carts which are provided for transportation around the compound including the Great House for afternoon tea or gourmet dinner, shops, commissary, beach, golf course, and tennis courts, which are only 1 to 3 minutes away.

Tryall offers a Great House, championship golf course, 8 tennis courts, a white sandy beach, and water sports with professional instruction. It was home of the Johnny Walker World Championship for 5 years as well as LPGA and Mazda tournaments. Available are a commissary, hairdresser, art gallery, perfume and clothing shops. as well as a nurse's station, masseuse, and Great House and Beach bars and dining facilities.

Driving in the Caribbean
If you plan to rent a car, be aware that most jurisdictions of the Caribbean drive on the left. The only places where you drive on the right are Aruba, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Martinique, and the Netherlands Antilles. In other places, if you are not used to driving on the left, proceed slowly and with utmost caution. You may wish to ride as a passenger for a while before trying to drive yourself.
Driving conditions and local driving patterns are different from the U.S. Many roads are narrow or winding, signs may not be in English, and in some places, domestic animals roam freely. Defensive driving is a must.
