Hang Time Vacation Villa
Vacation in your private tropical villa and enjoy the charm and splendor of Silver Sands, Jamaica. Our spacious 2500 square foot villa can comfortably accommodate up to six persons.

The living room, dining room and the verandah are one contiguous space with a cathedral ceilng and excellent ventilation. This space was designed to capture the North-Easterly trade winds which funnel through its many windows throughout the day. The large, modern kitchen is the center of the main living area and is equipped with standard appliances and utensils.
The villa offers three large bedrooms with tray ceilings, en-suite bathrooms,air conditioning, ceiling fans and window screens. Bedrooms one and three are furnished with king size beds, bedroom two has two single beds. Each bedroom opens onto the large deck of the villas private swimming pool. In addition, the large roof deck situated above the verandah provides a spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from 60 feet above sea level and is great for private sunbathing, breath taking sunsets and star gazing.
Hang Time Villa is located just forty five minutes from Montego Bay, in Silver Sands Resort, Duncans. Travel east along Jamaica's North Coast towards Ocho Rios till you see the sign for Silver Sands Resort on the left side along the highway. Hang Time Villa is located within the resort, just 1 mile north of the town of Duncans down the hill.
In private Silver Sands Resort overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Hang Time Villa is a haven of seclusion and personalized service. This gated community features over ninety villas and cottages in a warm and friendly atmosphere for soaking up the sun against a backdrop of white sand beach, spacious grounds and beautiful gardens. Hang Time guests have access to all the amenities that the resort offers. The villa is complemented by a staff of three including a cook and a housekeeper who cater to families, couples and singles. Children are welcome.
Nearby Attractions:
We have the island's finest powdery white sand beaches which are protected by coral reefs. The water is always clean and conditions are very good for swimming, snorkeling, intermediate windsurfing, body surfing and small boat sailing.
A tennis court is available to Hang Time Villa guests. A nominal fee is charged for its use. Table Tennis is also available in the club house. Golfers have a choice of two popular golf courses: Braco, a 9 hole course approximately 15 minutes drive or just outside Montego Bay at the Half Moon Club 18 hole course and many more just 30 minutes away.
Deep sea fishing expeditions are chartered daily. The frequent catch of the day include blue marlin, tuna and barracuda.
Amenities:
Our entertainment center includes a stereo system, TV with DSS and VCR player and a CD and video library. We provide at no extra charge - crib, high chair, stroller and car seat.
The beach and Silver Sands facilities are only 6 minutes walk from the villa and includes a children's play area.
A hospitable and fully trained household staff arrive daily to pamper and accommodate your every need. The villa cook will prepare a wide variety of dishes including your favorite meals! The housekeeper provides daily cleaning and laundry services.
Additional services include: arranging for a baby sitter, accompanying you on shopping trips or do the shopping for you and door to door grocery delivery from the local supermarket. The staff accommodation is located on the lower level of the villa.
The beach club offers a terrace bar and grill set around a large paved patio overlooking the beach.
