Our ocean-front property opens onto Negril's famous white sand beach, stretching 7 miles along the turquoise Caribbean shoreline. Our sea and beach are very safe for swimmers and non-swimmers, children and adults.

Our oceanfront location on Negril Beach gives the chance to relax in your swimsuit, or try skinny dipping. Either way, you’ll feel at home.
Take a leisurely stroll at sunset along our peaceful waters. Of course most visitors to Negril come for the beach, and our little spot on the seven mile beach is quite possibly the best, certainly if judged by the number of brochures, books and posters that feature it.
Nearby Attractions:
Whether you call it “au naturel”, skinny dipping”, “topfree”, “nude” or “naturist”, you can enjoy it quietly here on the beach, in the Jacuzzi or on you veranda, but best of all in the warm blue Caribbean sea.
We don’t make a big thing out of our being privileged to offer you a clothing optional beach - no fuss – just something that has been here since time immemorial
Right outside your door, the beach awaits you. After you have tanned all over to contentment you can remain on the beach under the shade of sea grape, almond or coconut trees.

2 luxury beachfront penthouse suites, numbered 17 and 18.
1 luxury garden view penthouse suite, numbered 14.
1 beachfront one-bedroom cottage, numbered 19.
2 two-bedroom apartments with garden views, numbered 15X and 16X.
10 cottages, studios and one-bedroom apartments with garden views, numbered 1 to 10.
2 larger apartments, numbered 11 and 12.
1 larger one-bedroom apartment, numbered 16. (This is the larger of the two-bedroom apartments, minus the second bedroom, and can accommodate 6 persons).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ALL UNITS
All have verandas, kitchenettes, bathrooms and living/sleeping areas or separate bedrooms. All have ceiling fans; most have air-conditioning. Kitchens are fully equipped.
SERVICES
Everyday maid service is included (cleaning, making beds, washing-up etc.). Free morning coffee on the beach every day; items from the garden in season. Weekly beach or garden party, free. Jacuzzi. Baby-sitting available at extra cost. Laundry service available at extra cost. Independent taxi. Independent masseuse.
