We're the only resort that offers free scheduled boat service.
On San Pedro the best way to get around is a boat. Our free water taxis leave and return four times daily.
We offer our own luxury restaurant for those times when you would like to spend your Belize vacation eating in - just you, the warm breeze, the ocean and the palm trees.
We staff our own dive instructor and masseuse, and will happily arrange all that a Belize vacation has to offer: mysterious Mayan ruins, tropical bird watching, world class fishing, boating, jungle exploring, snorkeling, the best scuba in the whole world, and plain old beach bumming, are just a few of the things you can do.
Sundiver Beach is secluded, away from the "Resort Strip" and designed to be your own private patch of Paradise. For those who come to Belize to experience fun and relaxation - Sundiver Beach is for you!
Beach Nook
Beach Nook rooms open out directly to the beach. You can enjoy the beauty of sunrise over the reef and the gentle trade winds through the sliding doors and awning windows. Air-conditioning or the natural breezes assisted by a ceiling fan will keep you cool. A comfortable queen-sized bed, en-suite facilities, telephone, six channels of satellite TV, a coffee maker, and island charm are all part of your Sundiver experience.
The Sea View
Sea View rooms have the same wonderful view of the ocean and reef that you get everywhere at Sundiver Beach Resort! You're just a few steps from hammocks strung between palm trees. When not using the hammocks, You'll have your choice of a king-sized or two twin beds. Couples or friends can be accommodated in these rooms. You will enjoy calming natural tones, decorative mosquito nets, wicker furniture, and an unrestricted view of the world’s second longest barrier reef. Air conditioning, en-suite facilities, telephone, six channels of satellite TV, and a coffee maker round out the Sea View.
Reef View & Sunrise Suites
The Reef View & Sunrise suites enjoy the view of Belize’s barrier reef from the upper floor. You will enjoy the added luxury of a sitting area and a private verandah where you can relax in comfortable hammock chairs. The suites are an open plan and have a king-sized bed or two twin beds. They also have a queen-sized fold out sofa bed in the sitting area. As with all of our rooms, the suites have en-suite facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, TV, coffee makers and the added feature of a small refrigerator. The Sunrise Suites have kitchenettes.
Villas
We are Proud to Offer the Caye Villas
These four spectacular villas make up an enclave of villas surrounding their own freshwater luxury pool. All are two-story houses with bedrooms on the lower floors and the living area on the upper floors. Each is decorated with island charm, is air conditioned, has a fully- equipped kitchens for those who might like to try their hand at cooking some of the local delicacies, satellite TV, and covered verandahs up and down. Our guests enjoy the full amenities of Sundiver Beach Resort, including daily maid service.
Reef Rider Villa
Reef Rider Villa situated at the back of the pool has the most spectacular view of the villas. It looks directly out over the sparkling pool, lush gardens, over the white sand beach, and out to the Caribbean Sea barrier reef. This villa has two bedrooms both with king or twin beds and three bathrooms. There is a queen size fold out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
Calm Caye Villa
Caye Calm is a three-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa at the front of the Villa Horseshoe with an unrestricted view of the ocean. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and en-suite facilities, and the third has twin beds and a half bath.
Cocoa Caye Villa
Cocoa Caye Villa is the south end of the horseshoe and walks directly out on to the beach. This villa has two bedrooms with queen size beds and three bathrooms. It is decorated in a fun tropical style, including a small refrigerator in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a hammock on the upper veranda.
Sea Breeze Villa
Sea Breeze Villa has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This is the largest of the villas and sleeps eight. Each room has beds that are convertible from King to twin beds and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has its own sitting area and a walk in closet. The living room has fold down futons for additional sleeping areas. Sea Breeze looks over the pool, garden and out on the ocean.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is the best way to protect yourself against financial loss. The most useful plan is a comprehensive policy that includes coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, default, trip delay, and medical expenses (with a waiver for preexisting conditions).
Without insurance, you will lose all or most of your money if you cancel your trip or have to cut it short, regardless of the reason. Default insurance covers you if your tour operator, airline, or cruise line goes out of business. Trip-delay covers unforeseen expenses that you may incur due to bad weather or mechanical delays. Study the fine print when comparing policies.
For overseas travel, one of the most important components of travel insurance is its medical coverage. Supplemental health insurance will pick up the cost of your medical bills should you get sick or injured while traveling.
U.S. residents should note that Medicare generally does not cover health-care costs outside the United States, nor do many privately issued policies.
Residents of the United Kingdom can buy an annual travel-insurance policy valid for most vacations taken during the year in which the coverage is purchased.
If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing condition, make sure you're covered.
Always buy travel insurance directly from an insurance company or agent; if you buy it from a cruise line, airline, or tour operator that goes out of business, you probably will not be covered for the agency or operator's default, a major risk. Before you make any purchase, review your existing health and home-owner's policies to find out whether they cover expenses incurred while traveling.
