Each of the fourteen private air-conditioned villas, including two 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Luxury Villas, represent a different tropical fruit hand painted by Lionel Dumas, such as mango, papaya, watermelon or blueberry, to name a few. You will feel the delicious taste of the color enhanced by all the earthy furniture and blankets derived from Central America, as well as the bathroom which gives you the sensation of taking a shower in the jungle.
Our majestic lobby is designed with elegance and style for your Comfort capturing the diversity of our library, while sinking into one of our exotic sofa beds draped in the finest fabrics from around the world.
The carefully selected music flows from a superior sound system into the vast Mambo dining room, filled with contemporary paintings, candelabras, ceramic treasures, exotic hand crafted Belizian art and mahogany furniture.
Our Mambo restaurant is already a sensation and a true success. Our Italian chef prepares daily exquisite International cuisine and a variety of homemade pastas and breads, as well as picking fresh spices and vegetables from our own garden.... Quite a dining experience!
The atmosphere of Mata Chica is very much in harmony with the surrounding sea and palms. At the same time it is contemporary and luxurious. The crystal clear waters and the gentle ocean breeze of the Caribbean will fill your soul with a sense of freedom and relaxation. We are very fortunate to have what many consider to be the finest pearly white beach along the coast of Ambergris Caye.
At our resort the morning begins with fresh squeezed tropical fruit juice and a steaming cup of Belizean coffee. After breakfast life continues along the Barrier Reef.

Whether its relaxing in a lounge chair or hammock, getting a massage, or shopping in San Pedro's Charming Barefoot village where English is the official language.
Other options are snorkeling off our pier or swimming with an amazing array of beautifully colored fish at the Hol Chan marine reserve. Right next door you will have the unique opportunity to swim with nurse sharks and stingrays.
For the adventurous, a trip to the unusual "Blue Hole" or a wildlife jungle excursion, river trips to Mayan Ruins, and even luminescent night dives. Fish the flats for Tarpon and the elusive Bonefish or Deep Sea fishing for Marlin and Sailfish. All of this and much more can be made from our office.
Enjoy relaxing, rejuvenating massage and spa treatments just steps from the Caribbean sea. The secluded jade spa surrounds you with soothing smells, colors, and sounds. One hour Aromatherapy massage . . .
A blend of aromatherapy essential oils nourishes your body during your one hour massage. Swedish, therapeutic and energetic styles will be tailored to meet your body's needs.
Ecocalm essential facial . . .
Enjoy a stress relieving facial that begins with Ecocalm exfoliating sea salt scrub. Continue relaxing with a refreshing and firming organic cucumber extract mask. Numi's collagene is then massaged into the face. Each facial finishes with nourishing and soothing mineral care spray.
Sea salt & sea clay body mask massage . . .
First you will be scrubbed with a blend of sea salt and essential oils. This treatment will allow your skin to be completely cleansed of any impurities picked up from the environment. Sea clay is then applied to your body restoring all the nutrients and minerals your skin needs. To allow for full absorption, the clay will remain on the body for 15-20 minutes. Complete your hour with a refreshing shower.
Hair mask treatment . . .
Enriched with avocado extract this hair mask treatment is the perfect nourishment for dry, colored or sun-damaged hair. As the mask is applied, the scalp and neck are massaged and stimulated. In order for your hair to receive the full benefits of this hair mask combining it with other treatments will allow it to absorb into the hair properly.

Felbodermic gel & body wrap cellulite treatment . . .
To begin, your entire body will be exfoliated to get rid of all the dead skin cells. After showering, your arms, stomach, and upper legs will be vigorously massaged with a combination gel containing Felbodermic gel and cellulite cream. Once the gel is applied, your body is then wrapped in fabric soaked in mint ice water to enhance the effects of the cellulite gel revealing smoother, tighter skin. To finish, you will receive a relaxing foot massage.

Imagine a short boat ride under the stars, and arriving at a huge palapa. You open the doors and enter into a majestic living room designed with elegance and style.
Exotic sofas, soft intimate light and incredible music. After your Caribbean cocktails, you can choose from shrimp pate, bruschetta, homemade fresh pasta, or a different daily special like paella, seafood lasagna, shish kebabs, grilled lobster, and seafood with fresh vegetables.
