You don't like to stay in a luxury hotel and pay lots of money, but you would love to be independent and have all the comfort of a home - then you should consider us.
Our Location: Excellent location for the convenient traveller, we are situated right in the tourism belt of Grenada. Approximately 500 yards from the famous Grand Anse Beach, 3 miles from the capital, St.George's, and within 500 yards of banks and supermarkets.

Fourteen - 1 bedroom apartments ( 2 Person)
Five - 2-bedroom cottages (4 Person)
All our units are self-contained with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, crockery, cutlery, linen, etc.), gas, electricity, cable TV , radio and telephone.
Most of our units are air conditioned!
Maid Service is also provided!
Our restaurant 'Brown Sugar 'offers real Caribbean cuisine in a quietly elegant atmosphere which incoporates an outstanding view of St.George's harbour and bay.
We also have our own car rental company in the family "David's Car Rentals" and we like to offer you a Special package arrangement which includes accommodations & car/jeep rental.

Safety Tips
Crime Information. Most visitors to the Caribbean have a relatively safe trip. However, thievery, purse snatching, and pick pocketing do happen, particularly in cities and at beaches. There has also been an increase in violent crimes, such as rape and assault against tourists. In some places, U.S. passports and identity documents are especially attractive to thieves. Robbery of yachts is a problem in some marinas.
Here are some precautions to keep in mind:
-- Safety begins when you pack. Leave expensive jewelry, unnecessary credit cards, and anything you would hate to lose at home.
-- Use a concealed money pouch or belt for passports, cash, and other valuables.
-- To facilitate replacing a lost or stolen passport, carry two extra passport photos and a photocopy of your passport information page and other identity documents with you in a separate place from those items.
-- Do not take valuables to the beach. When possible, use the hotel safe when you go to the beach or into town.
-- When you enter a marina, register with the local government authorities.
