More Info: Trinidad and Tobago are the southernmost islands of the Caribbean chain, only seven miles from the Venezuelan coast and geographically part of South America. The two islands are about 21 miles apart and together form an independent republic with English the native language. Tobago is a tranquil, relatively undiscovered island with towering tropical forests rising to 1,860 ft in its central region. It is lush throughout, with a rich variety of birds, flowers, and marine life, including two coral reefs. It has justifiably been named Robinson Crusoe Island.
Nearby Attractions: In addition to some of the world's loveliest unspoiled beaches that are fringed by palm, breadfruit, mango, and banana trees, Tobago offers a full range of activities that includes a botanic garden, bird watching, remote waterfalls, tennis, snorkeling, scuba diving, and the world famous Mt. Irvine 18 hole championship golf course. Also available: rental of leisure craft with crew for sailing, fishing, swimming off the islands, and parties in the sea.
Amenities: Included in the rental is full maid and expert cook service. The maid/cook lives on site in separate quarters in the lower level of the main building.
Sol y Mar is completely equipped ready for your enjoyment. It is supplied with superior quality cutlery, table settings, kitchenware, linen, towels, and even beach towels. Personal laundry service and baby sitting are available at extra cost. Maximum number of occupants is ten. Sorry, no pets.
The 3-storey high living area features two upper level lofts on either side that are joined by a walkway with an open window through which the kitchen can be seen below. One loft serves as a "getaway" library and has a day bed; the other is a fully furnished office with fax machine and dedicated telephone line. The living area is comfortably arranged with Mexican-style furniture, and the finely furnished dining area can seat up to ten.
There are four spacious bedrooms in the main building. Each has tall sloping ceilings with a dormer window, en suite bathroom with shower and tub, makeup cubicle, writing table, ceiling fan, and quiet, remote-controlled split system air conditioning.
Adjoining ... A Large Studio For the artist or writer, or just for privacy. The studio is connected to the main building by a covered walkway. It is air conditioned, has a full bathroom, and a loft with a bed.
And Much More - An ultramodern kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave oven and two standard ovens, an auto-start gas cook top, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large refrigerator/freezer, and a stand-alone icemaker. - A utility room with washer and dryer, plus a full-size upright freezer. - An electrically controlled entrance gate with a speaker system to the main house and to the studio.

Cozumel's Beaches & Snorkeling - Cozumel Mexico Cozumel's beaches vary from scalloped bays and inlets to wide wind-swept swathes of powdery sand. The calm waters of the western side of the island are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, and sunbathing. The desolate, eastern shore is lashed by waves and steady winds, although there are some lovely escarpments and bays safe for swimming.

How to Make Authentic Mexican Cerviche - Playa del Carmen First let me explain why I call it authentic Mexican cerviche. I lived in the Yucatan Peninsula over 20 years ago at the beginning of the birth of Cancun. I worked on boats every day and learned to make Mexican food dishes from the natives I worked with.
