Top River Pearl - Charlotteville, Tobago
Top River Pearl located in Charlotteville, Tobago offers four double occupancy apartments with kitchenette and a cottage with two bedrooms. Just 200 metres away from the sea. Under german management.
|
More Info: Charlotteville is an origninal fishing village with about 1000 inhabitants and is settled in the northeast of the island. Surrounded by rain-forest and being situated in one of the most lovely bays of the whole caribbean makes Charlotteville unique.
Small, romantic restaurants, a super-market and a danish managed dive school, this is Charlotteville. Also you may rent a car here as well.
And of course Top River pearl, your accommodation with style and standard.
But not to forget about the wonderful beaches with their coral-reefs, of which some are only to be reached by boat.
Trinidad and Tobago form the farest south country in the caribbean and geographically belong to South America, for being split ages ago. Tobago is situated 12° north of the equator and because of its temperate climate Tobago is to be visited through the whole year. Equipped with an international airport, Tobago is easy to be reached. Almost the whole island is covered by rain-forest and a big area of it is preserved naturally.
Beautiful waterfalls with ponds invite to swim. Dreamlike, partly deserted beaches make your caribbean-holiday-dreams become reality. Birdwatching, watersports and trekking are only some examples for spending your time.
But you also could just relax... and take it easy!
Nearby Attractions: Scuba diving is the main attraction in Tobago. However on the north side of Tobago in the Charlottesville area you will find lush tropical forests for hiking and birdwatching. There are great areas to explore.
The local dive shop in Charlottesville is Man Friday Diving:
Man Friday Diving is a Danish owned and operated dive centre in Charlotteville Tobago, in the south Caribbean Sea.
We have been operating since 1991, and because diving is a relatively new activity on the island, we are one of the oldest divecentres in Tobago.
Our scuba diving facilities are on the beach front, in the heart of richly diverse diving where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea.
The seas here are rich in plankton, which produces an abundance of fish, from the very large to tinymites. In addition the warm waters of the Caribbean are the natural home of a variety of fanciful corals and other underwater formations.
We offer them all to you in boat dives twice daily (except Sundays). Our buildings are designed and custom built for diving, and we are therefor able to offer uncompromised facilities that our customers can only appreciate.
In the main building we have reception, kitchen, equipment rental, workshop and classroom - and on the beach side we have a big veranda with an unmatched view over the scenic Man Of War Bay. This is a popular place to relax and exchange "war stories" before and after the dives!
In our other building we have compressor room, toilets and showers, and between the two buildings we have rinsing facilities for diving equipment plus drying racks.
We also offer equipment lockers where you can keep dive equipment while you are here.
Amenities: From all balconies you can enjoy the dreamlike view over the bay.
Terracotta floorings in combination with individually created mahagony furniture take care for a pleasant atmosphere.
A small cafe, in which Tobagonian cappuccino is offered and a tropical garden welcome you to stay (from september on).
On a covered terrace you can enjoy your caribbean nights.
