JJ has come a long way! Following his maiden voyage on the ship “Vendredi 13”, JJ has traveled around the world gaining experience in fine cuisine and sailing and has learned several languages in the process. Fifteen years later, he decided to set up his own business in Margot Bay, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, mangroves, beautiful accommodation, and the fresh sea breeze. His restaurant and bar is now a favorite night spot for many, including foreigners who make it their bounding duty to come and savor his special dishes. His Wednesday night finger-licking callaloo crab is a favorite dish for many people. On Wednesdays the restaurant is transformed into an atmosphere of exuberance as the music of local bands and the fragrance of a variety of dishes fill the air.
