With an easterly view, VILLA CLAUDIA is graced with fabulous sunrises over the mountains and shimmering moonlight over the valley and sea.
Watch the Caribbean sunset while floating in the octagonal pool, gliding on the comfy porch swing or relaxing on the spacious decks.
Surrounded by tropical gardens and cooled by the constant trade winds, VILLA CLAUDIA is the ultimate vacation experience.This romantic getaway is beautifully appointed with imported teak furniture, tropical textiles, top-of-the-line appliances, state-of-the-art stereo system and premium satellite television.
VILLA CLAUDIA is defined by its arched mahogany windows, exquisite native stonework set with conch shells, dramatic glass and doors, Italian marble, hand painted tile, custom cabinetry and original paintings by a renowned local artist.
The main house consists of three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a new separate 4th suite is available for an additional charge.
Amenities:
All four bedroom suites, including baths and personal decks, have ocean and mountain views. All are air conditioned and located in separate areas of the villa for ultimate privacy. The master bedroom suite, located upstairs, is comfortably appointed with king size bed, satellite television, luxury bath with bidet, indoor and natural stonework showers. Extensive closets and storage areas as well as guest laundry facilities create a convenient vacation setting.
A fifteen minute drive from Cruz Bay will take you to your hideaway in paradise. Enter the villa through a stone terrace and massive mahogany doors, stepping into the expansive great room with its entertainment center, wet bar and fabulous view. The great room opens to extensive covered verandas with steps leading down to the pool, sundeck and lounge chairs. Ample luxurious seating and large open spaces make VILLA CLAUDIA the perfect setting for entertaining large groups, weddings and family reunions as well as the intimate, reclusive setting for honeymoons and couples who desire a sensuous, romantic environment.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator with ice and cold water dispensers, gas range/oven, blender, toaster, complete cooking and serving utensils, a hand-painted-tile serving bar and built-in china cabinet. There are tropically colored dishes, outdoor grill center and deckside teak dining tables for your culinary and dining pleasure.
