The villa sits on Princess Alexandra National Underwater Reserve providing the best snorkeling and diving on the island. The greatest snorkeling and swimming are right in front of the villa. This villa is centrally located, with the finest restaurants in Providenciales within walking distance along the beach.
The four-bedroom villa sleeps up to eight guests and includes a luxurious living room, dining room with seating for 12, a gourmet kitchen with lovely modern equipment, and three bathrooms. The great room with its vaulted ceiling and tall sliding glass doors affords a 180-degree panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The 110-foot wide outdoor terrace provides stunning views of breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and guests may enjoy unforgettable meals on the patio. The villa is fully furnished and quite elegantly so, with European oil paintings and art objects. This home has everything that one would need, from a grand piano to champagne glasses.
The two-bedroom villa is a separate unit complete with a large living room, dining room with seating for six, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and two baths. The villa sleeps up to four guests and includes a large covered terrace on the dune complete with lounge chairs and tables, affording guests relaxing shade from the midday sun. The two-bedroom villa may be rented separately or together with the four-bedroom villa. The two villas together provide the perfect setting for a family get-together or for those who enjoy extra space.
The outdoor garden affords all the amenities one could desire on an island retreat - hammocks swinging from trees, outside showers, beach chairs, loungers, and everything else you may need. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is the best way to protect yourself against financial loss. The most useful plan is a comprehensive policy that includes coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, default, trip delay, and medical expenses (with a waiver for preexisting conditions).
Without insurance, you will lose all or most of your money if you cancel your trip or have to cut it short, regardless of the reason. U.S. residents should note that Medicare generally does not cover health-care costs outside the United States, nor do many privately issued policies.
Residents of the United Kingdom can buy an annual travel-insurance policy valid for most vacations taken during the year in which the coverage is purchased.
If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing condition, make sure you're covered.
Always buy travel insurance directly from an insurance company or agent; if you buy it from a cruise line, airline, or tour operator that goes out of business, you probably will not be covered for the agency or operator's default, a major risk. Before you make any purchase, review your existing health and home-owner's policies to find out whether they cover expenses incurred while traveling.
