Pelicans Path Villa
Pelican's Path is a charming small house nestled amongst foliage and blooming bougainvillea in the Hull Bay area. It is located in a residential neighborhood, 125 feet above and overlooking the ocean.

Pelican's Path has fresh water pool and sundeck and is just minutes from Hull Bay beach for your beach excursions. This very secluded home is bright and airy, quiet and serene for total relaxation. From almost everywhere on the property you will see the Pelicans passing over the ocean. Pelican's Path offers both a queen bedroom with full kitchen, living room, bath, covered veranda for your meals and enjoying the view of the ocean, surrounding islands and most spectacular sunsets. Also available is an full studio apartment on the 2nd floor with king bedroom, small kitchen, dining area, covered porch for enjoying the view and sunsets.
Pelican's Path is wonderful for families or friends traveling together but each desiring their own accommodations. Each unit will accommodate 2 persons or both floors of the house can be rented to accommodate 4 persons with privacy offered to both. All rooms face directly on the ocean with large glass sliding doors. Attractively furnished with light Caribbean colors.
Taxi's are available but a car is advisable since Pelican's Path is located on the North side of the island. You will be met at the airport and shown to the property which is located about 5 miles from the airport or 4 miles from the main town of Charlotte Amalie.
The inside area of the One-Bedroom consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen & bathroom. White tile floor throughout, air-conditioned, ceiling fans, queen size bed, VCR 19 inch TV stereo, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and all utensils. Approximate square footage: 576 plus porch.
The Full Studio is on the second floor with a private entrance. A small kitchen consisting of refrigerator, sink, two burner gas stovetop cooker, coffee maker, toaster oven and all utensils. The floors are carpeted, the bath and kitchen are tiled. The bedding is king size, TV, VCR, and Stereo. Approximate square footage: 312 plus the porch. The entire property consists of two buildings and pool. The other unit is rented on a yearly basis.
