Our oceanfront two bedroom, two-bath home away from home is part of the Cruzan Princesse condominium complex. This private, gated group of condominiums is quietly nestled on the uncrowded, white sandy beach of Pelican Cove, on the lovely island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Seaside in St. Croix is one of the few condominiums located directly on the Caribbean Sea. The open and airy floor plan boasts an ocean view from each room and is spacious enough to accommodate up to six people. Its' tastefully decorated décor invites you to snuggle in, relax and feel at home.
Vacationing at Seaside in St. Croix allows you to live in upscale oceanfront luxury for less than the cost of a hotel room, while including all the personal touches, amenities and comforts of home.

St. Croix is located in the Caribbean Sea, east of Puerto Rico and is a short plane ride from New York, Philadelphia, or Miami. St. Croix is the largest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands, measuring 28 miles by 7 miles; it is still a small, friendly place with approximately 50,000 inhabitants.
Travelers are often surprised by the diversity of the island. For starters, you can explore the rich history of the island, which was visited by Christopher Columbus in 1493 on his second voyage to the New World, through a series of historic ruins and museums. Plus, you are going to want to spend some time taking in the rich architecture on the island. And, of course St. Croix is known around the world for its beautiful beaches, challenging golf courses, duty-free shopping and fabulous year-round weather.
Traveling to St. Croix is very uncomplicated, it is a U.S. possession. U.S. citizens do not need a passport. When departing the island, guests are required to show proof of citizenship with a photo ID. The language, currency and most of the customs are the same, but because of St. Croix's diverse multi-cultural and ethnic background, you will feel like you are in a different country.

Comfortably sleeps four to six people - Spacious oceanfront master bedroom with king-size bed and generous closets. A large second bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king. King-size Aero bed in the living room area.

Fully equipped kitchen with Corian counter tops including stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all pots, pans, plates and utensils. Patio furniture for outside dining or large dinner parties.

Bring light ponchos for rain gear.
Bring light ponchos for rain gear. These can be purchased from most camping stores. Many stadiums also carry a light poncho to sell to fans of local football teams. These work great as well. They are small and light and easy to carry anywhere you go as a rain cloud can come in no time and dump a monsoon on your head.
