Bay View Village
Welcome to the romantic privacy of Bay View Village, where couples, families, and friends can enjoy vacationing together. Bay View Village consists of 22 villas, 12 townhouses, 32 one-bedroom suites, and 6 penthouses, set in clusters amid graceful palms, exotic shrubs, flowers, three swimming pools, and a tennis court.

Relax in one of our spacious single-bedroom suites or two- and three-bedroom townhouses or villas.
The one-bedroom suites, approximately 620 square feet, are comprised of a living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. Suites on the upper floors have balconies allowing a view of the garden and pool area; the lower floor units enjoy a terrace with a garden for privacy.
The townhouses have an area of about 1,230 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large closets, and a balcony on the upper floor. A spacious living room, dining room, and powder room, together with a large kitchen, are located on the ground floor, as well as a terrace and garden.
Villas vary in size from 1,115 to 1,800 square feet, with two or three bedrooms, large bathrooms, and ample storage space. All have private patios.
In addition, there are six penthouses, with a choice of one or three bedrooms. Each penthouse opens onto a beautiful and private roof terrace, offering a view of Nassau Harbour.

Enjoy a swim in one of our magnificent pools, surrounded by flowering hibiscus, bougainvillea, alamanda, and coconut palms. Stroll along the many pathways and admire the flora and fauna in our tropical gardens. Play tennis, day or night, on our floodlit court. Meet the challenge of the nearby PGA Championship golf course.
Try your luck at one of the exciting games in the Atlantis Paradise Island Casino. Then party Bahamas-style at a Junkanoo celebration and dance the night away in one of the island’s exciting discos.
For active and sports-minded vacationers, we can arrange deep sea fishing, parasailing, waterskiing, snorkelling, SCUBA diving excursions, and a variety of boating trips at nearby facilities. Or simply laze on the white sands of our beautiful Paradise Island beaches.
Amenities:
All of our units are equipped with individual air-conditioning, telephone, cable television, alarm clock, microwave, hair dryer, and a wall safe. Daily maid service is provided and there is a mini-market, pool bar, and a poolside cafe on the premises serving tasty, reasonably priced Bahamian fare.
