More Info: About the House: This unique 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is ideal for families or groups. The bedrooms are located in wings separated from the main house allowing for individual privacy. The master wing is excellent for parents who can have their children secure in a room just across the hall.
All the bedrooms in this home are non-smoking, large, spacious and equipped with their own ensuite bathroom. Each one being individually air-conditioned.
The big feature of this layout is that anyone can go to bed early or get up late without being disturbed by other members of their party. Each room has either a queen or king size bed as well as a twin bed. Small parties are more than welcome, however the home is capable of sleeping a total of 12 guests.
Anyone who enjoys flowers will be very impressed by the fantastic display of blooms produced by the bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleanders and others on this beautifully landscaped property.
Although this home has many fine features the deck with its absolutely breathtaking view is the most impressive single feature.
When on the deck you are 20-25 ft. above the ocean on a point of land. From here you have a magnificent view not only out over the reef and beach but along the coast as well. Guests spend many happy hours, sitting under the shade of the roofed over tables on the deck, relaxing and listening to the sound of the surf.
From the deck, you enter the main part of the home though sliding glass doors. This brings you into the "Great Room" which is a combined living room, dining room and kitchen. It is where, you will spend most of your time socializing, watching TV, playing games or enjoying fine food.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, dish washer, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, sandwich toaster and on the patio a stainless steel gas barbeque.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The living room is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, CD, cassette player, and is air conditioned.
Under the guest wing is a store room labelled "Bike Shop" in which you will find 4 top quality Mountain bikes.
Located on a beautiful pink sand beach, this house has a huge deck for relaxing and listening to the surf. Built on a point of land it has breathtaking view along the coast and out to the ocean. SIZE: This vacation home sleeps up to 12. Four air conditioned bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms, which are a non smoking environment for your comfort. All linens and towels provided. Cooking and maid service available upon request.
Nearby Attractions: If you like biking you will find the coconut tree lined roads are very interesting.
You will love the pink sand beach at Sunrise Villa and there is an area with a nice sandy bottom that is excellent for swimming.
If you like snorkeling there is no better place than here. The protective reef provides lots of towering under sea coral heads and an abundant amount of tropical fish.
Sunrise Villa is in a private area, however, there are a few other homes nearby. We are located on a large property which provides a good buffer giving plenty of privacy.
The village of Palmetto Point is about 1 1/2 miles away. It has 2 very good grocery stores. Although not necessary, a rental car would add a lot of enjoyment to your vacation. One can be arranged in advance by contacting our caretaker.

Caribbean Travel Tip Jungle & Rainforest Treking If you plan to walk into the jungle make sure you know what you are doing. Carry a GPS and know how to use it. A compass will help the experienced explorer but if you just bought it and expect to enter the jungle and knock about then you may find yourself in deep trouble.
If you have to venture into the bush then please follow these instructions:
- Tell somebody where you are going.
- Bring lots of water.
- Make sure your compass works.
- Mark your trail.
- Be visually aware and remember landmarks.
- Check to see where the sun is when you enter the bush then check your watch to see what time it is, make regular checks to orient yourself to the movement of the sun.
