This is a beach property, but not ocean front, only a five minute walk to 1,500 ft. of white sand beach; one of the finest beaches in The Bahamas.
Flamingo has a total of 68 rooms with either 1 king bed or 2 double. Adjourning rooms are available. All rooms are equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and satellite T.V.
There is a Gift Shop in the lobby where you will find some island souvenirs, gifts, cold drinks and chocolate bars. If you would like a hair style before that night on the town, there is even a beauty salon.
The Marina has 20 slips, and can accommodate up to a 120 ft. vessel. From the marina our water tax frequents the Lucaya area every hour, to drop off and pick up passengers.
Nearby Attractions:
Across the street you will find The Pirates of the Bahamas Theme Park, Taino Beach Resort and the Ritz Beach Resort. You are welcome to all the amenities of these properties. Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis, Basketball, Beach Volley Ball, Miniature Golf and Watersports are only a few of the available amenities.The resort is adjacent to Taino Beach Vacation Club and shares all the amenities of same including their elaborate water park - swimming pool facility that will dazzle vacationers of all ages. The resort is surrounded by tropical gardens, is adjacent to the Pirates of the Bahamas Theme Park and has amenities that remain unsurpassed. From the selection of restaurants, bars, wedding facilities, tennis courts, satellite T.V., rental vehicles on premise, table tennis, shuffle board, basketball, volleyball, watersports, kiddie play ground, miniature golf and a private location, yet just a five (5) minute ferry to tourism!
