The Pelican Resort Club is one of the largest resorts on St. Maarten, the "Caribbean’s Friendly Island" in the Netherlands Antilles. The 30-acre, 342 all suite resort is situated on its own beautiful beach midway between the island’s Dutch and French duty-free shopping areas, night life and over 200 restaurants make this 37 square mile island a gourmet’s paradise. The Pelican Resort Club, the vacation jewel of the Dutch West Indies, features a Las Vegas style casino, white sand beach, two restaurants, five bars, five swimming pools, four tennis courts, a children’s pool and playground, the island’s largest watersports center, open sea marina and an on property shopping arcade with deli and mini-market.

The island of St. Maarten / St. Martin is the smallest island in the world divided between two sovereign powers, Holland and France. This charming Caribbean island offers not only duty free shopping and casinos but some of the finest watersport activities in the world. Since St. Maarten is a duty free port there are no taxes on imported merchandise therefore you can enjoy savings on cameras, electronics, silver, porcelain and crystal to name only a few.
U.S. dollars are widely accepted as well as traveler’s checks and most major credit cards.
Shopping districts in both countries offer restaurants, snack bars and outdoor café’s for your enjoyment.
