More Info:
Blue Coral Landing is a new (built February 2000) Bahamas-style, waterfront home overlooking Great Guana Cay's most popular yacht anchorage on the Sea of Abaco.

Extensive waterfront vistas from the living room, dining room, second-floor master bedroom and front porch give the home a wide-open feel. There are three bedrooms (two with queen-size beds, one with bunk beds), and three bathrooms.

The living room and kitchen feature partial cathedral ceilings. Furnishings are contemporary and include a music center as well as a Satellite TV/VCR, and fabrics are bright to complement the pastel interior paint scheme.

Linens/bath towels are included and changed weekly by the housekeeper. Blue Coral Landing has ceiling fans for cooler weather when the house can be opened to catch the sea breeze. Central air conditioning cools the home in warmer weather.

Although Fishers Bay is largely undeveloped waterfront, grocery shopping is no more than a five minute walk away. In the center of the settlement all of the island's restaurants and pubs lie at least as close. A long narrow beach on the sea of Abaco is virtually just beyond Blue Coral Landing's front door, while a three-minute walk across the islands takes you to Guana's broad, 6-mile-long Atlantic beach.

You can fish or tie up your boat at Blue Coral Landing's shared dock right in front of the house. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 3' at low tide.

Amenities:
- Linens/bath towels are included and changed weekly by the housekeeper.
- Ceiling fans, central air conditioning.
- Television, VCR, CD player, tape player, microwave, coffee maker, -toaster oven
- 2 Queen beds, 2 bunk beds
- 5 Minute walk to grocery shopping, restaurants and pubs.
- A Long narrow beach on the sea of Abaco is just beyond Blue Coral Landing's front door.
- 3 Minute walk to Guana's 6-mile-long Atlantic beach.

Caribbean Travel Tip

Jungle & Rainforest Treking
If you plan to walk into the jungle make sure you know what you are doing. Carry a GPS and know how to use it. A compass will help the experienced explorer but if you just bought it and expect to enter the jungle and knock about then you may find yourself in deep trouble. If you have to venture into the bush then please follow these instructions: - Tell somebody where you are going. - Bring lots of water. - Make sure your compass works. - Mark your trail. - Be visually aware and remember landmarks. - Check to see where the sun is when you enter the bush then check your watch to see what time it is, make regular checks to orient yourself to the movement of the sun.
