The ideal getaway cottage featuring one of the only rental properties in the Bahamas with a private tennis court, a private dock and a private beach! Nestled on a small peninsula in the secluded community of Little Harbor in the Abaco chain of the Bahamas, the three-bedroom (air conditioned) villa overlooks the ocean on one side and a huge bay on the backside. Located on a secluded two-acre wooded lot, the two-story house (formerly known as Club Kirwin) comfortably sleeps six people and features a complete kitchen. The primary source of power is a state-of-the-art solar power system but there is a back up generator. If your are looking for a place to unwind with family and/or friends and enjoy a multiple of recreational activities, including world class deep-sea and bonefishing, tennis, windsurfing, snorkeling, sea kayaking and diving - all in an unspoiled tropical environment - Bahama Backroads is the place.

When you finish the ball games, there is world-class deep sea fishing, including fertile grounds for mahi-mahi, tuna and assorted sailfish, compliments great diving, snorkeling and wind surfing opportunities on offer from the front door. Walk out the back door and not only is some of the best bonefishing in the world but there are sea kayaking options galore.
For those looking for a day of sunbathing and swimming there is a dock and plenty of barren beaches where you can relax, read and while the day away. To cap off your afternoon, a screened porch, including splendid sunset view, is the perfect place for cocktails. All of this is available by renting the Bahama Backroads villa, which is located in the small community of Little Harbor. Founded more than 50 years ago by one ofthe leading marine sculptors in the world, there is an active foundry with gallery and pub located nearby. Ten miles away is the native village of Cherokee, where the slow pace of the tropical islands is a way of life.
