The prestigious gated community of Guana Bay is a short distance to the duty-free shopping capital of Phillipsburg. Private oceanfront, modestly furnished, airy and spacious, Villa Panacea has 7000 square feet of living space. The second level features three air conditioned bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, rear outdoor covered patio, large living room with ceiling fans, and retractable sliding glass doors opening onto the ceramic tile terrace. A staircase leads to the sun deck, hot tub, pool, and beach access.
The ground level consists of the Caretaker’s quarters (one bedroom/one bath), a large storage and maintenance area, and an Ocean Apartment (one bedroom/two baths). The rear lawn, parking area, and tennis court (in need of resurfacing), along with the numerous palm and coconut trees, completes the splendidly landscaped grounds.
