Oceanview on Guana Key is a recently constructed Abaconian-style, Non-Smoking beach house situated 150 feet from the Atlantic Ocean and miles of sandy white beach that's just perfect to let the kids run free!

Privacy enough to spend the entire day and likely not see another soul yet within a 15 minute walk to the village or restaurants. Snorkel right in front of the house along the barrier reef which runs the length of the island or just relax in the sun. The island (with about 150 residents) provides for basic needs with a grocery store, liquor store, as well as several good restaurants and beach grills.
Our location on Guana provides splendid isolation with "just enough" accessibility. MHH is only a hour flight from Florida and a short regularly scheduled ferry ride over to the key.
