Cozumel lot in Corpus Cristi area-For Sale by Owner
This lot in the Corpus Cristi residential area on Cozumel is for sale by the owner. It is only 500 yards from the ocean at Plaza Las Glorias hotel. It's on a quiet street but near a large modern grocery with a deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor/beer and ATM machine. Convenient to restaurants and within walking distance to the main plaza downtown.
This lot already has electricity and a meter, and a privacy wall built around the property.
