Located in an upscale residential area on the beach on Provo's South Shore (Turtle tail area)
Three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom
Separate guest house includes living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Plus additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room.
Main house includes two bedrooms each with private bathroom
Infinite horizon pool with pool shower and half bathroom
Outdoor kitchen area with fully equipped BBQ
Spectacular ocean views from elevated site and from each room in the house
Walkway to the beach through the natural garden (the house is located about 30 yards -- 25m -- back from the beach)
Immediate sea area is a shallow lagoon suitable for swimming, snorkelling or kayaking
Provo's main grocery store is approximately 10 minutes away, the North Shore restaurants about 20 minutes, Turtle Cove about 15 minutes
About 7 miles from Provo airport.

Bring light ponchos for rain gear. These can be purchased from most camping stores. Many stadiums also carry a light poncho to sell to fans of local football teams. These work great as well. They are small and light and easy to carry anywhere you go as a rain cloud can come in no time and dump a monsoon on your head.
