This 4 bedroom 4 bath Cozumel vacation villa offers luxury accommodations at a surprisingly reasonable price. Located on 10th Ave. South in Corpus Cristi, the newest and nicest residential area on Cozumel, it's only about 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean. Just 2 streets away is a very large modern grocery store with a deli, pharmacy, bakery, liquor and beer and a convenient ATM machine. There are several good restaurants nearby and it's only 9 blocks to the main square downtown.
For privacy this vacation villa was built with two completely separate 2 bedroom 2 bath units. They share the swimming pool, covered patio and stone area around the pool and the property is surrounded by a privacy fence. Downstairs you're only steps away from the pool. Upstairs you may be a few steps farther from the pool but you'll enjoy a small front terrace and a private screened porch.
