Mrs. Parle says a daily Caribbean Breakfast is a hallmark of Bay Gardens culinary fare. It has become customary for several local business people to have breakfast meetings at Bay Gardens and indulge in the sumptuous offerings of bakes and saltfish as well as fresh local juices. Among the major functions/occasions Bay Gardens has catered for are the Nelson Mandela Banquet for 800 guests at Government House in 1998, the Windward & Leeward Brewery\'s Dutch Queen\'s Birthday reception for the last 2 years; and many other government and corporate functions.

She says the fine tradition of special event/functions for Valentines Day, Easter and Mothers Day Jazz Brunch will continue. In the same breath she encouraged the local community to come in on a Thursday evening to sample the fare and enjoy the local entertainment on Caribbean night or on a Saturday evening, which is a typical night-out for locals.
